A: No credit card or money is needed to sign up and start enjoying ZapHour offers today!

A: No payments are taken on the ZapHour website. Simply show your offer code to the business and pay the remainder of the tab.

Q: What is "Make An Offer"?

A: Make An Offer lets you send a offer to the owner of the business and personally barter with them. The owner can then accept or decline your offer with instant notification to you. In most cases you must use your offer within an hour or so of acceptance.

Q: Why do not all businesses accept "Make An Offer"?

A: Make An Offer is a option that businesses have to turn on and off when they choose. If the business is too busy to respond to a offer they will turn off the feature.

Q: Why do you need my cell phone number for "Make An Offer"?

A: We need a quick and easy way to send a text/SMS to you for offer status notification. We first verify your cell phone number by sending you a verify code. You then enter that into the ZapHour.com phone verify page and you are ready to Make An Offer. Please note that standard text and SMS fees from your provider will apply.

Q: How long does it take to get my ZapHour offer?

A: As soon as you click the Reserve link , the offer is yours! If you "Make An Offer" then you must wait to see if the offer is accepted. This can take up to 20 minutes.

Q: Can I get a ZapHour offer on my iPhone?

A: Yes, there is now a native iPhone App. Search for it in the app store or click here. You can also simply type zaphour.com into your iPhone web browser.

Q: How about for Android?

A: No problem. Here it is as promised.

Q: What happens if there are no more ZapHour offers for the restaurant that I want to go to?

A: ZapHour offers are limited on a daily basis, so just be sure to be the first one to grab a ZapHour the next day (or next time of availability).

Q: How do I cancel a ZapHour?

A: So, you clicked on a ZapHour, and later decided that you don't need it? Be a good neighbor, and set it free by putting back in the pool! All you need to do is log into your account on ZapHour.com, select the 'My Account' tab, click on the coupon you would like to release, and hit the 'Cancel' button. For your convenience, we also include a link to your account to cancel the ZapHour on the coupon that you get in your email.

Q: How do I share a cool ZapHour offer with my friends?

A: The most awesome way to share a ZapHour offer with your friends is by signing up with your Facebook account, clicking on the ZapHour that you want to share, and choosing the "like" and/or "share" box.
